Will Deontay Wilder break Marciano's 49-0 record?

    Deontay Wilder is 34-0 with 33 KOs. The 29-year-old could be 35-0 by the end of September this year ... maybe even 36-0 if he fights two more times in 2015.

    If he continues at this rate - four fights a year - he can get to 50 fights and break Rocky Marciano's heavyweight record of 49-0 in JUST four years.

    Don't dismiss the idea entirely. At 34-0, Wilder is already a lot closer than you think. There aren't too many heavyweights ahead of him.

    * Holmes reached 48-0.
    * Valuev snuck in at 46-0.
    * Foreman reached 40-0.
    * Tyson steamrolled his way to 37-0.
    * Bowe got to 34-0.
    * Ali only made it to 31-0.
    * Vitali Klitschko topped off at 27-0.

    Will Deontay Wilder go undefeated over the next four or five years and break Marciano's heavyweight record of 50-0?

    Will he rack up 17 successful title defenses along the way ... putting him up there with the best all-time?

    What do you guys think? Keep it decent. :good

    No. Fury, Wlad, Pulev, Povetkin, Jennings, Arreola and Helenius would all beat him.

    Will or "would?" You think he's going to fight all of them?

    Rocky Marciano didn't exactly clean out the division, himself.

    He has to at some point. Also Ruiz Jr, Joseph Parker and AJ would destroy Wilder in 3 rounds too.

    Ruiz jr?

    That fat kid has surprisingly fast hands but wilder would knock him out. He was struggling with liakovich.

    If Andy stops eating donuts and burgers, and gets his lazy ass in shape.Then Yes he will beat Wilder, and very easily.

    When's that gonna happen? Never. He's always going to be fat, if he wasn't at 40% body fat he would be fighting in the cruiser division.

    Andy Ruiz isn't beating anyone. That guy is awful.

    The only way Pulev or Helenius even get on Wilder's radar is if Wilder wins a WBO or WBA belt. The WBC doesn't rate them.

    I can see Wilder fighting two or three guys who he's pretty sure to beat ... and then fighting one really tough guy a year. That's what Holmes did.

    Wilder beats Spzilka and Arreola (who are signed with Haymon) ... his fight with Povetkin would be a war which I'm looking forward to. If he gets past Povetkin, he's approaching 40 wins.

    Wilder-Joshua could be the Bowe-Lewis fight that never took place. It could be a "monster" show. But I think Wilder fights some other lesser guys after Povetkin before he fights Joshua, like maybe Glazkov and Browne (who is big enough to make it a wild night, too.)

    Szpilka, Arreola, Povetkin, Glaszkov, Browne and Jennings get him to 40-0. That's not a murderer's row by any means.

    Andy Ruiz is awful. Never put any hopes on a fighter who is that bloated and out of shape when they are young. They don't get in better shape when they get older.

    And he literally comes up to Wilder's waist.

    I thought Liakhovich deserved the nod over Ruiz. He doesn't hit hard, he's short and he's a cow. He's going nowhere.

    Not a chance. You can only fix things so much. No way can they perpetuate this fraud another 15 plus times.

    Areolla isn't destroying anyone anytime soon. He is fighting a one man war against fast food, and losing it.

    Who did Marciano duck? He fought all the leading contenders; Joe Louis, Jersey Joe Walcott, Moore, Charles, etc., leaving no doubt as to who the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world was. Wilder has yet to fight Klitschko to become the true heavyweight champion. I'll be impressed if he even agrees to fight Klitshko within the next twelve months. If he does, Wilder takes an L. Pity, I'm rooting for the American.

    No, he won't! No one will manage to find enough mediocre opponents for that scenario. And, no, Wilder won't fight twice till the end of 2015. He just won't do that. I am stating it for the record.

    Depends on if they can get old Danny Williams to sign a 16 fight deal.
