Will Deontay Wilder ever fight Joe Joyce, Oleksandr Usyk or Anthony Joshua?

    Or will he continue to cherry-pick faded older boxers and chinny journeymen?

    His handlers thought Tyson Fury was shot after the years of inactivity and massive weight gain and loss, but they got an unexpected surprise. Fury was a cherry-pick gone wrong.

    Will Wilder ever fight them?

    No.

    Wilder got into boxing to help his daughter who has Spina Bifida with his earnings. Thanks to the Fury fights he's a rich man. So he will continue doing Wilder things, knocking out B and C level guys, screaming bomb squad and twerking.

    Will Anthony Joshua ever fight Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder or Joe Joyce?

    Or will he continue to cherry-pick faded older boxers and feather-fisted midgets?

    His handlers thought Andy Ruiz wasn't a threat because he's a fatty with a low KO percentage, but they got an unexpected surprise. Ruiz was a cherry-pick gone wrong.

    Ruiz was not a cherry-pick, he was a late replacement for Jarrell Miller, who tested positive for multiple PEDs. Ruiz hit Joshua with a wild temple shot, and AJ did not fully recover from that initial punch.

    Joshua won the rematch with Ruiz rather easily, while Wilder was stopped in the next two fights with Fury.

    Hearn/Oluwafemi already ducked, June 2018. Let's hope Eddie is braver if the bout rears its head again, because we know that 'AJ' will only do as he's told by his master.

    I don't think Wilder came back with any ultimate intention besides being in a big fight or fights. After the back-to-back hammerings he received, a couple progressive bounceback bouts (Helenius and Ruiz) is fair.

    It's hard to rate Wilder because his resume outside of Fury is absolute dog crap. Which means that Fury's resume doesnt hold up when placed under scrutiny.

    These guys blow each other any chance they get because they know it's all they have on their resume.

    I think a better question is will Joyce or Joshua fight Wilder. He is a major risk for them to take. Joyce is on track to get a title fight without taking on Wilder and I don't think Joshua has a desire to get his head handed to him. As for Usyk, he fears no one but currently Wilder is not on his career path. If Usyk beats Fury and Wilder gets a chance take on and beat AJ then I can see Usyk taking the fight.

    We've done this before. And your petty, half-baked opinion was just as tenuously relevant to the topic of that thread, too, as I recall;
    So, again, what exactly has Oluwafemi done that is equal to travelling to a long-reigning lineal champion's yard and dethroning him while a massive underdog before travelling to Oluwafemi's doubter's back yard and outboxing/walking through him? Eddie only even pitted his pet against Usyk because it was the only way to keep those borrowed belts together.

    Same shade can be thrown right back the way of you Usykbros. You're only up Oluwafemi's ass because Usyk has his scalp.

    Wilder will take the biggest fights he can get. Usyk is not realistic. Ruiz is the easiest to make, although personally I don't care as much about that fight. If Joshua wins in December then the obvious matchup is Wilder vs AJ.

    It's the depth of Joshua's resume that stands out. His resume is littered with top 5 HWs when they were legitimately in their prime. Fighters such as Usyk, Parker, Ruiz, Whyte, etc.

    Fury and Wilder are notoriously difficult in negotiations. It's like pulling teeth without anesthesia. A miserable process for any potential opponent to partake in. Brutal.

    Yeah, the depth of guys who don't particularly stand out or were no longer on top.

    @tinman?

    *sniff*

    You stink.

    TBF Fury and Usyk have the belts tied up at the moment and looking to Undisputed,Joyce is WBO mandatory iirc so that’s them out the picture for now. Wilder has just had his rebuild fight and more than likely fights Ruiz next,Joshua is yet to have his rebuild fight so in reality it could well be late 2023 at the earliest before Wilder v Joshua could happen .

    Manliness is more about strength of character than strength of body. Without honor you can never stack up and will always fall short of men like Usyk and the like.
