It's pretty clear that dirrell has the hand speed advantage against abraham. but after seeing his deep fear of exchanging with froch, i cant see him being anymore couragous against abraham. i wonder whether dirrells sloppy grabbing will get him cought. :think

Dirrell will fail badly. The only technique of his that will work is getting knocked down - and out. Hail to the King! :hey:deal

If he uses space and boxs well he can win on points.

If Andre jumps in and clinches and decides not to work once he's there and doesn't throw on the way in like he did in the Froch fight, it's going to be a short fight because Abraham's timing is too good for him to get away with that. I thought it was stupid that he was handing Froch scoring opportunities on a silver platter repeatedly by clinching and not working while Froch was the busier fighter. Against Abraham, he'll pay significantly more dearly if that continues.

When I talk about Andre needing to fight a disciplined fight, his decisions about clinching are front and center on the list of things that fighting disciplined consists of. He's absolutely got to make better decisions there.

On the plus side, it seems like he's at least noticed that was an issue and wasn't stuck in denial over it judging by a pre-fight interview I read from him. That's half the battle there. Now he's just got to execute and show that it wasn't just lip-service.

He took Froch's shots if he had a glass jaw it would have been exposed by now

Yeah the very few that landed but I don't see Dirrell winning against AA. I feared for Dirrell's life once I heard he had to fight Arthur Abraham. It's not a match-up, it's a decapatation:scaredas:.

But thats Dirrels game to not get hit and he is good at it. Abraham is not all that fast. He does not combo too much but he can hit and counter well. I think it will be a close 12 rounder but I gie it to Abraham
