He already lost to Joe Joyce who's even more stiff than AJ and gave up against Uysk. How long will his reign last?
Depends. If Dubois keeps improving and stays active it’s certainly a possibility, since he has the potentional and is young enough.
I still think he gets beat by Joyce If they had a rematch. (Unless he moves his head) I think Dubois beats Parker and Kab. He could beat Zhang If he survives the early rounds and Zhang gasses (As per normal) Usyk and Fury would be a loss IMO.
Should be. He beat AJ...Fury and Usyk are leaving soon, Zhang is probably also on his way out. Itauma, Jalalov and Torrez wont be ready for a long time. Really, very few challenges out there...Parker, Kabeyal, Bakole. And when the titles split, they may all go for their piece of the crown.
I hope so because I like the guy, but I doubt it. I think we will see a lot of turnover depending on match-ups after Usyk presumably calls it quits soon or loses the belts due to fighting too long.
Yes, he lost to Joyce, but you have to take into account that he has matured and improved since then, and even Klitschko lost to Ross Purity when he was young, so he ruled the division in the future...
Good question. I like watching him fight. Can he continue to improve? Or at least not decay? Will he make an effort to fight more than once a year? Hope he stays in the mix awhile at any rate.
I know everybody thinks he's George Chuvalo because he survived Joshua's punches, but Daniel Dubois STILL has a suspect chin which could let him down in any fight. Because of that mandibular fragility, he will not reign long.
theres not many big names at heavyweight but i think bakole would destroy him i think fury beats him and usyk would school him again
Only time will tell, however he has the IBF belt so enters the annals of boxing history, he demolished a 2 time former champion in defence of the belt in front of the biggest post war boxing crowd. So Mr Dubois is a happy champion, be that a long or short reign.
