Won't be needed. Pavlik isn't going to do all of those things Paul Williams did to make Sergio look so good. Quite the opposite really.

Even with all of those things that Paul did, Sergio couldn't finish him or win a decisive victory.

I think Floyd will challenge the Cotto/Foreman winner first but I can definitely see him doing this if Martinez beats Pavlik. And he will UD Martinez also.

Martinez isn't a pressure/physical fighter, he is a "boxer". I love how people think when a great BIG boxer fights a greater LITTLE boxer, then the BIG guy can just easily switch up his style and fight more physical and still be GREAT! It doesn't work like that. Yes there will always be the chance that Martinez will catch floyd with a shot harder then Floyds ever taken, and he might knock him out.....but to think he will convert himself into a physical pressure fighter and still be effective against Floyd is assanine! HIs best chance will be to box with Floyd and hope the few shots he does land on him really do the damage he needs.

    I dont get it....

I don't see any possible way PBF tries to get a MW belt againt that kind of opposition.
    No way.

Floyd already won a belt at 154 so I'm with you, doubt he'll go there. Plus, who really cares if he fights Cotto or Foreman? Does anyone really believe either of them stands a chance against Floyd?

Pacquiao @ 147 or Martinzez @ 160 (if he wins) would be his first two options.

After that, you'd have to think Bradley.

Williams would send Cotto into permanent Retirement :deal Cotto needs to not push this 154lb thing too far or else he's gonna get Margarito'd

Floyd will never fight Sergio Martinez for any title at any weight class. It's too risky. Sergio Martinez is a southpaw and a very smart fighter. Will never happen...i can't see him fighting any of the current champs at jr mid. He would have trouble with Yuri Foreman and Alfredo Angulo. i guarantee he's not even entertaining the idea of moving up to 154 at this time.

If Martinez beats PAvlik, Floyd won't have the balls to fight him.HE hardly had balls to fight a 38 year old and 1 year and half inactive Mosley.
