If Cotto fails to beat him then he retires with the "0".

    Suspending disbelief here.

He won't allow himself to be beaten (IE - he won't take a fight where it's not a given that he'll win)

It's a given he's going to win every time he fights since he'd be favored over every fighter in the world 154 and down.:deal

He also should've been disqualified in the Judah fight for his uncle coming into the ring. :deal

well that's basically true but not what I'm talking about. I'm referring to fights where the other guy isn't even a legitimate threat. Some great examples: Hatton, De La Hoya, Baldomir, Judah, Sharmba Mitchell, Gatti

Anyway, I think it all depends on when he'll come back. If his dumbass decides to take a prolonged vacation for anything more than a year, than by the time he comes back his talents will probably have eroded enough to the point that it'll be much easier for top welters to beat him.

Now if he comes back in a few months, fights a fight or two, and then re-retires, then I don't see him losing cause he is undoubtedly the best out there right now.

Zab Judah should have capitalised on that little ring brawl. zab won like first 5 of the 6 rounds, then floyd started catching up. Zab had enough tym to get his energy back for at least 2 more explosive rounds to win the fight whilst every1 was fighting and floyd was recovering from the low blow. keeping in mind that the ref didnt deduct a point for the low blow.

Kinda funny when you say legitimate threat especially when referring to Zab when before the Baldo disaster everyone here wanted that fight since he was seen as very dangerous. The Hatton fight many people here picked Hatton to win and the same with Oscar who many picked here to KO PBF for his first fight at 154. Saying these guys aren't legitimate threats discredits people like Cotto and just about everyone in boxing since they all want a piece of Oscar.
