From this nonsense I have figured out two things about you one you don't have a clue as to how to properly score a fight or two you haven't seen the fight. 5 of the first 6 rounds. :rofl :rofl Zab split the first 4 and won the 12th he won no more than 3 rounds in that fight at best.:deal
Comon guys at the end of the day it matters whats on paper, even thou floyd may have lost that first match with JLC. I have santa cruz as the number 2 lightweight in the world cuz he beat casamayor, but the rest of the world dont see that beuz the judges are muther ****ers
it's not funny but if you know boxing well you know he lost that fight they gave him the fight but he lost(ROB)
Well, if he beats people above and below the welterweight division and are big names, yes. But I am not sure if he is up to the challenge in taking fights against the likes of Cotto, Margarito, and Williams. All three can give him a tough bout, especially Miguel and Paul.
I guess all three judges as well as many ringside observers don't know boxing very well. Or maybe they all cooked up a conspiricy beforehand to screw over Castillo despite the fact that Floyd was the prohibitive favorite. Castillo lost that fight, I don't know why fans decide to make up their own reality because they disagree with a result.
floyd will be beat because its the nature of the beast to push the limits. this is no different. i dont know who will do it though.
the only person who had a chance i'd say mosley but not now though as far now... To be honest i say its Margo with the best chance here's why... PW isnt ready mentally we seen that because he loss a fight to a guy that he should have never loss to because he mentally wasn't prepared and he didnt adjust to Q in the first fight....the second fight only proves how good he CAN be when focused but not right now....besides he has nothing to make Floyd respect him and floyd will use his height against him and PW has no work on the inside and Floyd is nasty to the body and head on the inside. Still would be a nice fight i would watch though. Cotto is nasty but i see Cotto trying to box with Floyd and that won't cut it...he can't beat floyd to the punch and his defense is extremely leaky and it magnifies when in the ring with the most accurate fighter right now. Cotto also applies a slow methodic pressure its not fast like Hatton's....Cotto's pressure is calculated and thats bad because he can be timed which is why Cotto gets hit as much as he does.....so i imagine Floyd pot shotting this one probally stealing majority of the late rounds usually from 5 and up. Floyd won't engage because Cotto is just to strong a puncher for that...look for those straight rights all night and lunging hooks....you'll also see alot of tie-ups because floyd will lung hit and wrap Cotto up not giving cotto a chance to do his own work....which in-turn may make cotto open up a little more and speed up making himself more prone to a KO in later rounds due to stamina and openings in an already leaky D. Then there is Margo who is a bigger who? Castillo who arguably beat Floyd once. margo is taller and long like Cas was...he is hungry, a granite chin, tough..wont respect floyd and wont try and box him like Cas in the first....he will make it a Fight like Cas did....in the end i see this fight a SD and it could go either way like the Cas fight.
I stopped reading after this. Margo struggles with and loses to B level fighters. No way in hell he is going to beat an A+ fighter. Add in his lack of hand or footspeed, as well as his nonexistent defense, and you can see why Margo would have trouble beating a guy with great foot and handspeed, who is a defensive genius and a great counterpuncher.
Tell me how in the hell can you guys say PBF's opponents weren't as good as him when all of the big names on his resume had a chance of beating him. As you can see, before the fights, everone thinks his opponents have a good chance, but after he beats or embarrasses his opponents to where the fight wasn't even close, everyone changes how they fill about the match up. Hatton - PBF was favored a by a little, but alot of ppl thought Hatton would win. Oscar - PBF was favored, but alot of ppl thought Oscar would win, possibly even KO PBF. Gatti - Alot of people predicted Gtatti would knockout PBF. Baldomir - It was a 50/50 as of who would win between PBF & Baldomir for the fact that Baldomir was so tough and hadn't lost in like 8+ years. Judah - He was favored over Judah but everone expected that to be a great fight and Judah was a very good contender. Corrales - It was like 40/60 in favor of Corrales Castillo - Castillo was favored over PBF
