Regardless of who you think wins, lets assume that PBF beats Hatton. Will he step up and fight the winner of Cotto/Mosley? Or will he "retire"? IMO if Mosley wins I can see Mayweather taking a fight with him (and assuming that he can outpoint a past-prime sugarman). If Cotto wins I think he would be PBFs worst nightmare and I think Floyd ducks him. Maybe if Cotto would call out PBF, and "diss him" then he would fight. But thats not Cottos style. Thoughts?

PBF will go for the money. If DLH does not fight him again, the winner of Cotto-Mosley is really the only fight that makes any sense, for money or legacy.

Cotto doesnt want to fight Floyd...Arum doesnt want Cotto to fight Floyd.....Mosley may expose him in this next fight.

I think he's 5% worried by Mosley and 0% worried about Cotto

Has there been any talk of a Mayweather v Pavlik match? It might be asking a bit much for Mayweather to step up to Middle... but that would be a fun fight to watch. Anyone think it is even a remot possibility?

I guess Mayweather has too much competition where he is now to be reaching out of the division too far. Too bad...

It was quite logical that Mayweather would fight Cotto-Mosley winner after beating Hatton.

But now, with Cintron-Williams announced, that complicates things. The winner of Cotto-Mosley might want to fight that guy instead of fighting PBF.

It will do slightly over 500,000, and it will make financial sense for PBF especially if Mosley wins.

I agree with Blocky, I think a fight with Cotto can be a better marketed fight, I think that fight will generate more money than a PBF v Mosley fight. Even though me as a fan dont really care about that, cuz I would love to see both fights happen IMO. But looking at it from floyds persepctive, he would probably fight Cotto be4 he fought Shane, b/c of the revenue potential

I honestly think I heard floyd say he only sees mosley as a future opponent win or lose. He will never fight Cotto imo.

In the unlikely event that Cotto wins by a spectacular knockout, the price of his stock skyrockets, making the fight against Mayweather one of the biggest moneymakers ever. Boxer vs. puncher always draws a big crowd.

Is Mosley going down from a big lefthook? That is about as likely Oprah Winfrey becoming the next Miss America.

    that fight has to happen.

he will be asked in the post interview(after he beats the **** out of Hatton of course). :good

despite what he says then, the subject will be brought up at any chance afterwards. i say he def has to fight the winner.
