None of this changes the fact that he went after Hatton when Hatton was the ring champ.

what a load of garbage. are you saying that these fighters were not highly ranked at the time floyd beat them:

140-Arturo Gatti - Ranked #1 by Ring /WBC Champion (5 fight win streak hadn't lost in 3 years)

147-Carlos Baldomir- Ring Champ/Wbc Champ (hadn't lost in 7 years)

154-Oscar De La Hoya - Ranked #3 by Ring/WBC Champ

if these fighters aren't the very best why were they ranked so highly:deal

    Correct.

Floyd hasn't cleaned any division above 130 (only Henry Armstrong cleaned more than one division, not Robinson, not Hagler, not Leonard, not Foster) but he has fought top ranked contenders.

    135: Castillo..the Champ. Twice.

140: The Ring #1 contender, Gatti.

147: A former champ and the current champ.

154: A top contender and the most recognizable name in the division.

the only person that knows crap is you. here is the timeline of why zoo and floyd never fought.

2002: There was no way floyd and zoo could have fought in 2002 due to kosta's and floyd's previous commitments and injuries.

April 20-2002--Floyd Defeats Jose Luis Catillo to become Ring Champ @ 135

Dec 07-2002--Floyd defeats Castillo in rematch

May 18-2002--Zoo defeats Tackie (this was zoo's only fight in 2002 due to injury)
    ___________________________________________________________

2003: There was no way floyd could have moved out of lightweight in 2003 to face zoo since zoo was injured in 2003.

Jan 19-2003--Zoo Defeats Lejia (this was zoo's only fight in 2003 due to injury)

    April 19-2003--Floyd defeats Sosa

    Nov 01-2003--floyd defeats Ndou
    ___________________________________________________________

2004: There was no way floyd and zoo could of fought in 2004 due to zoo having a mandatory in mitchell and coming off a 22 month layoff due to injury.

    May 22-2004--Floyd defeats Corley

Nov 06-2004--Zoo defeats Sharmba Mitchell (zoo was on a 22 month layoff and was subsequently stripped of the wba and wbc titles during the period of this layoff.)
    ____________________________________________________________

2005: The fight between zoo and floyd was supposed to happen after zoo took care of business with hatton, but we all know how that turned out. Zoo could have still faced floyd in Nov of 2005 but opted to instead retire.

Jan 22-2005--Floyd defeats Brusselles in wbc eliminator

    Jun 04-2005--Zoo loses to Hatton

Jun 25-2005--Floyd defeats Gatti to win WBC title at 140

Nov 19-2005--Floyd Defeats mitchell in first fight at 147

so there you have it. Zoo was always injured from 2002-2004 zoo fought a total of 3 fights, now how can floyd persue zoo if he is always injured:deal

We don't know. There could've been negociations of Mayweather fighting Tszyu if they could beat Gatti/Hatton.

By the way, in 2005, Floyd offered Hatton a fight 4 times. Hatton didn't accept.

Man you beat me to it:lol::lol:

It's just Carlito anyways. He hides under aliases, but he always shows his true colors eventually.

There was a bad guy named Monstar in a cartoon called Silverhawks in the 80's....show created by the same people who made Thundercats. Don't know why I am telling you that....
