the only time zoo and floyd were even able to discuss a fight was the period following zoos victory over mitchell, which would have given both camps a little more than a month (nov-dec) to finalize a fight.

The hatton camp got wind of this and offered kosta 5 million to fight ricky in england in 05. there was no way floyd was going to match that hence the path to take the wbc title from gatti in 05.

Spadafora fighting Dorin was to force the fight by having 2 of 3 belts. Yet, his troubles were already upon him and the surface started to crack, exploding not long after.
