mayweather fights nothing like any of the guys the thread starter mentioned.mayweather will be smart and box and keep lil manny in the center of the ring, mannny will swing and swing and swing.if he can throw 4 to 5 hit combos every exchange he might land 2.but hes going to get countered alot in this fight. my thing is this.the last fighter that gave him a test was jmm.it was life and death to be honest.when jmm fault mayweather size or not it was like dad playing with son.the point is i dont think it will be close fight at all.mayweather stops him late or wide ud.1st 3rds will be good after that i see mayweather making the proper adjustments and many fighting the same.
Really? The same shots? Nah...the shots he gets hit with depend on the opponent. The jab was the best shot for Cotto early....Josh had the uppercut...JMM had the right hand ect. It's not one style Manny fights so he's only suspetable to some of the strengths that his opponents present. Manny does fight very high level comp.:yep Cotto landed one decent uppercut on the ropes when Manny was baiting him and you call that consistant enough try and support your arguement. Not really doing yourself any justice bro. Josh landed at a very LOW connect percent rate kid....which means with the little Josh did throw he still couldn't land enough to make him brave enough to open up more. Sure he landed some...but it's boxing...even Floyd gets hit and he doesn't have half the punch output Manny does. Void will be able to land on Manny...that's expected...what's not is that Manny will be landing on Floyd which Floyd EXPECTS but his fans seem to think otherwise. Again... Floyd knows whats up which is why he's shown so many new looks in trying to make this fight with Manny. He's go a lot on his plate.....I'm sure he'll step up and that will be a good look for him. Even if he takes a loss it will gain him some respect by taking the risk and taking his lumps. I think he'll prove he's got A LOT of heart. "void is void":rofl I'm not even sure if Floyd in his dreams could make himself dream he beat PAC within the distance.
Josh was still landing the right hand just like the guys who beat emmanuel in the past. I said earlier Clottey landed HIS BEST SERIES OF UPPERCUTS IN THE FINAL ROUND. Emmanuel still got caught with that **** despite having the time span of ELEVEN rounds to observe it. Cotto didn't just land that uppercut on the ropes. He also landed a nice one closer to the center of the ring that had the crowd awwwwing. It's less about their styles and emmanuel's style just making him moar susceptible to certain punches. Explain how that random Thai guy was able to tag him with right hands, then Marquez, and finally Clottey? Void stops emmanuel in the final round of the fight.
Manny was still actively looking and seeking the chance to KO josh so in the last round it wasn't any different except Josh may have been willing to open up slightly more than the 11 previous rounds. So he was able to connect more in the final round than the other...and even in his best round it wasn't enough to win it or break double digit in connects. As a southpaw you should know you are suseptible to right hands. And in boxing you should be under the realization that you are gonna get hit at some point. Some punches are more troubling for other....Floyds is the right hook and straight left from southpaws...as seen in his fights with Chop Chop and Zab. But even with those punches that landed they didn't land a lot on Floyd. "Void".......Stopping Manny in the final round if Floyd steps up is about as likely as Shane coming out and sayng he threw the fight with Floyd.:yep
Yes, you are seeing the light now. Void is able to take those punches away because his gift is the ability to watch his opponents, and then make adjustments to adapt. emmanuel doesn't show the same ability. He was able to time Cotto's jab. He was getting caught with the same punches by Marquez, Cotto, and Clottey. He still gets caught with the same **** THROUGHOUT THE STRETCH OF EACH FIGHT, but Void doesn't. This is where the difference lies. This will be an easy fight. Void will stop him in the final round. Void is void.
maybe only 1 way.because pac cant demolishes mayweather.this isn't barrera erik oscar diaz or hatton this is a much better version of a prime marquez
"See the light"?? That's not an area where anything needs any additional "light". Everyone already is aware of Floyd ability to adapt. The area I was talking about was Manny's ability to adapt. Not everyone is a good as Floyd in adapting mid fight but others can do it and manny is one of them. Again....Floyd has been caught by certian punches more than others just based on his style. And most problems he's had comes from the southpaw stance. But my point is even a great Defensive fighter like Floyd gets hit and he's FAAAAAR less active than a fighter like Manny where he is more suseptiable to counters b/c of his active style. PAC only gets hit more b/c of styles. If Floyd was more active and had a less Cautious style he'd also get hit than he does now. "Void is void":rofl That never gets old....but this fight ending by a Floyd KO or TKO isn't likely when Floyd struggles to get lesser guys who aren't as strong or as strudy as Manny. But I'm sure he'll try.
Void is moar vulnerable to certain punches due to his style, but he won't be open to the same shot from start to finish. If his opponent lands something nice on him, he will make sure to take away any moar openings for that same kind of punch. Emmanuel hasn't shown he has that ability as seen in the Clottey fight. Besides, emmanuel's EXCLUSIVE disadvantage of being a southpaw is a moar exposed liver. Void is an expert at hitting that area against southpaws. Emmanuel doesn't have the best resistance against great body shots. Void is void, but he will stop emmanuel in the final round of their fight.
Manny doesn't get hit with the same exact punches from start to finish either. His oppoents demeanor and stratagies change once they get in there with PAC and PAC makes adjustments to take away their strengths. In the Josh fight Manny did counter Josh most of the time when we were able to see the man open up...but that was so limited that it was hard to notice. "Void is Void":yep But that still doin't mean Floyd has the ability to cash that "voided" check that sees him ending the fight wit Manny in the last round or any round for that matter.
Manny hasn't had any problems with body shots or being KO for the last decade or so. Those problems he showed in the losses with body shots were a LOOONG time ago. If that is what fighters are basing their preparations on that is the reason why they are droping like flies.
Mayweather is a computer print out of what you don't want Pacquiao to fight. He is just as fast, longer reach, boxes, can take a punch and has enough precision power to make Pacquiao pay for missing.
