Yes. He doesn't strike me as the type who will go on fighting too long, PLUS he's not the type to take a fight he can't win. I still think he beats Mosley and Pacquiao, and after those two fights, he's probably riding off into the sunset.

    Probbly but no gaurentues.
At 33 he has 5-10 good yeas left. As long as he can stay at 147. I think if he goes up to 154 and 160 he might have problems.

why does it sound stupid? To me, seeing a seemingly invincible fighter go down is one of the best, most exciting parts of being a boxing fan. Especially a fighter like floyd who doesnt seem to have ANY glaring weaknesses.

With the fight against Manny looking certain not to happen, I think Floyd will probably fight the winner of Cotto vs Foreman at 154. I'd give him much credit if he'd challenge Paul Williams or Sergio Martinez, but let's be honest, this won't happen.

After beating Shane Mosley there won't be any draws left at 147, appart from Pacq and Floyd can't make 140 anymore. Maybe a Kahn would step up to the challenge.

I'll be honest, I see Kahn having a decent chance against Floyd, if he tightens up that chin.

I think he might fight the winner of Berto vs Quintana if the Pac fight doesn't happen, I can see him fighting Khan in the UK sometime in the future too.

I think he retires undefeated. His next opponents are going to be mosley (obviously) and pacquiao, depending on if they settle the blood testing fiasco. I think he beats mosley and pacquiao. after he beats those two he has no reason to fight again, but you never know even mayweather cant blow all the money he would make in those 2 fights can he?? :think

Does not matter whether someone has waged war or skirmishes. Biology won't be denied.

When you reach a certain age, your body does not recuperates fast enough, your reflexes won't be the same, and your stamina and endurance would be affected.

They could prolong their career with their style but then again, human biology will always prevail.

I think there is a very good chance at Floyd retiring undefeated.

But as we all know.If a fighter sticks around long enough, eventually he gets that fat 1 under the loss column.

If Mayweather beats Mosley, then Pacquiao, hes done and will retire. Will he be back???

    Yes

After pac beated Cotto and floyd challenged pac floyd also said he wants to fight only 5 moar times.

Doesn't seem like the type to fight beyond 35.

Doubt it. Floyd could potentially have 3 fights with Manny and Shane (rematch with 1), those fights are so close that logic tells you the 0 can't stay.

Although I don't think Floyd is gonna take any more fights that are anything less than mega fights. So after Mosley, and IF the Pac fight doesn't happen, I'm not sure who's realistically left.

And I can't see him going that "one fight too far" as far as his physical shape goes. Floyd trains year round and I think he's true enough to himself to realize when it's almost time to give it up if his performance dips, even if it meant pulling out of a fight.

I think Floyd is smart,he wont hang around like Roy or Hopkins,i think Floyd has around another 3 years left and then he will call it a day, cant see him getting beaten to be honest..
