Pacmans style is tailor made for Floyd. He loves guys that act as the aggressor in the match, and he likes to dissect them down throughout the fight.

Look at floyd's fight against Marquez, a natural counterpuncher in his own right. he basically forced Marquez to become the aggressor and he was countering him accordingly.

He'll do what he always does with agressive, come forward fighters. He'll pick and choose his spots wisely and probably make sure he gets out of range after nailing him with counters. That's where Floyd and Marquez differ greatly. JMM loves to stay in the pocket and exchange after he counterpunches, Floyd will just take the singular shot and step out of range.

He should try to force a stoppage, despite not having the power to stop Pacquiao?

His fans want him to win.

If they cared about stoppage victories only, they probably would have stopped being fans of his some time after his arrival to Welterweight.

His fans like to see him box. That is all.

Most who think Floyd should trade shots with Pac all night are either Pac fans or Floyd haters. Knowing Pac has the advantage in punching power, how on earth would this be smart on Mayweather part? Just give Pac the advantage so he can win, and that's their idea of a champion.

Barring anything weird or out of the ordinary the majority of fights take place in a ring that's approximately 20 X 20. 16 X 16 is the smallest allowable by the rules. 25 X 25 is the largest.

Floyd specifically requested a ring that's 24 X 24 for this fight. It's almost at the absolute limit when it comes to the size a ring could measure and still be a sanctioned event.

Floyd will be on his bicycle. Anyone who thinks otherwise is delusional.

People like Boxing_Disaster hopes PBF fights like that because he knows it gives Pac the best chance to win. Too bad for him PBF isn't going to fight like that.

I mean I guess you can call it running since Manny is going to chase him around the ring running into right hands and counters. But after he softens him up Floyd will start walking him down. Floyd isn't afraid of Pacquiao and has never been afraid. At times he may get really close to Pac and force an inside fight, what's Pac going to do then?

So here's the scenario, Mayweather's got a good fastball and might get it by Pacquaio, but Manny's a fastball hitter. Floyd knows Pac can't hit the splitter to save his life and Floyd throws the best splitter in the league. What do you think he's going to throw?

They should just change the sport and have each guy take a shot at the other when the other guy can't move. Flip a coin to see who goes first.
