Will Floyd vs Pacquiao ever be made?

Unless he has the "urge" to fight.

When negotiations fell apart the first round, Arum and Schaeffer were going back and forth, Pacquiao filed a lawsuit, Mayweather and his family started making accusations, and Roach was calling Floyd scared. Now, Roach just says probably next year, Arum points to the tax money and says next year when the countdown failed, Pacquiao agrees to the tests, and Floyd amid his hectic life and racist rantings says "Poochiao gon' agree to the tests, then we gon' woop his ass" and everyone moves on with their life because they know it will happen soon enough. I think there was some words of reassurance Pac's side got we wouldn't hear about.

floyd rather go to jail then fight pacquiao. hopefully the way spends money and with all these lawyers he has to hire he won't have any any money and fighting pac is the only choice

I no longer care, since the breakdown of the 1st lot of negotiations i got the feeling Floyd didnt want to fight unless he had his mental advantages in 1st and cuz that didnt work im not convinced he wants the fight anytime.

 

Really? I think he looked fine, just a weird fight (or non-fight). I think if one decreases in level then the other is probably going to also have had a similar slight decline.
