It is a definite duck, Frampton and Barry know he loses the fight, but the fans are not going to help him out financially once he retires.

You think one defeat to a P4P top three fighter means he's going to go broke? Ridiculous Terry.

No that's true it won't, but he will hardly get paid boxing Rigo.

He'll be the home fighter in Belfast, can sell out Windsor Park or wherever he wants and can dictate the terms. He'll make plenty.

He made $500k last night, that's peanuts.

He wont, but he is in his prime so he can come back and get many more big money fights in the future.

It's all the ducking apologists that allow fighters to avoid fighting Rigondeoux, Ortiz, Lomachenko etc
We as educated boxing fans should be bringing such cowardly behaviour to the attention of casual fans and putting pressure on promoters to make the best fight the best- not excusing it.

The only name fighter who is willing to fight Rigo was Lomachenko and Rigo bottled it.

It's a shame as he is elite and again he's going to be overlooked whilst lesser fighters make the money.

There's no money at 122 Rigo needs to man up go to 126 and try to force their hand. Hopefully someone will find their *******s.

    I think he would too.

Rigo knows that he isn't a big draw and that is with his invincibility that is his only bargaining card.

Any form of loss and he basically is **** d.

I've got pure man love for Lomachenko.

He'd have got half that at best had he fought Rigo and lost handily, which he himself knows full well.

Loma would def stop Rigo and Rigo knows it. It's why for all his bluster about being ducked he's doing the same in a fight he doesn't think he can win.

Rigo wise, I think Frampton might be able to beat this version of him. He's an underrated puncher and Rigo can be caught. He's also at an age wherein people in his weightclass tend to decline very quickly. Now could be the perfect time to nab him for the CV.

Of course if Carl did beat him, his critics would still hate him. There agendas are their own and chalking up big wins don't seem to be enough to win them over.
