Will Froch be ruined after the Super 6?

All the participants signed a career ending deal when they agreed to join the Super Six... Few fighters in history have fought such consectutive high profile fights and even if they sail through them, as seems to be happening to Andre Ward, albeit with a poor Alan Green in the run, very few fights after the tournement will raise their interest and desire to fight...

Froch could go on to light-heavy but unless Dawson beats Hopkins and Cleverly is still a contender/alphabet champion, there is nothing left for him except Bute...

Obviously I meant if PASCAL beats Hopkins...

 

He can beat bute, andrade who has nothing bar a good chin and stamina gave him hell 1st time round, froch has that good workrate can box a bit, can bang a bit has an akward style and is completly together mentally (he doesnt think he can be beat) butes speed and body work could effect froch but its carl who is the more proven fighter and id make him a 60/40 faviourte.

He could go up where Pascal would be waiting I cant see him facing hopkings one way or another.
And i think Froch would ruin cleverly - if nathan walks straight in like a he did against that arbrham clone he fought Carl will bust him up.

 

Other fighters have been through more and still prospered.

I've got a weird feeling that if anyone'll stop him in the next few years it'll be Ward, boxing has a way of springing surprises like that. I have no reason to think this, other than being cynical.

Froch must have some brain damage to be still managed by one of the most inept managers in the world-Fat Mick.:nut

 

I can't see Ward stopping him, and Frochy is thick-skinned enough that I don't think it will get stopped on cuts. Like you say though, boxing does have a way of surprising even the most veteran watchers and stranger things certainly have happened.

Ward is going to come out of this in great shape IMO. Can see him coming out unbeaten, Kessler, Froch and Abraham on his record, 28 or 29 years old in the peak of his career. Could go on to be one of the greats.

 

Agreed, he's gonna come out of this fantastically. Before the tournament I wouldn't have given him much of a chance to amass such a record but he has some great names piling up. I hope he keeps fighting top-level opposition when the tournament is done.

Having said that, I hope Frochy puts him out. :good

 

I agree Andre is really building up a quality resume hell the Bika win was pretty good too.
