Will Froch do to GGG what he did to Bute?

I suspect GGG has a much better Chin than Bute. It was well known Bute had a bad Chin before he fought Froch.

GGG's chin looks vulnerable to me. He gets tagged flush by small, mediocre middleweights, and has been stopped in his tracks.

Froch is on an entirely different level than GGG's ordinary hand-picked victims.

Nop, but I can see Froch winning in a war kind of fight. Why are people speaking about this as if it's certain to happen though (I mean this matchup)?

Froch better hope his battle-worn chin doesn't get Bute'd GGG-style :yep

Nope. I like Froch but his boxing skills ain't elite.
If this fight happens at whatever weight(175lbs included) I'd favour GGG.

He's one of the best boxers in history. Froch can be out-boxed as we've seen on many occasions.

    GGG - UD for me.
Froch will have his moments, but GGG will just completely shut Froch down.

Oddly I don't. I actually liked Bute's style but the skillset wasn't the issue. Bute completely collapsed mentally against Froch's will. I don't see Golovkin folding like that. I personally think Froch will win and will impose himself on Golovkin, but I think it will be hard fought. He ran Bute over like a deer in the road. There was nearly no resistance.

Lack of competition and people refusing to fight him says it all doesn't it?
Christ, even Froch may avoid him.

Most fighters that have a Chin don't care when they know the opponent can't hurt them and GGG knew that Monroe couldn't hurt him so he didn't care. Not saying GGG has an Iron Chin as the jury is still out but he has a much better Chin than Bute ever had.

Froch would be a fool to fight GGG at this point. He will go into retirement with a devastating KO.

No, it doesn't say anything other than that GGG is perceived as high risk/low reward.

One of the best boxers ever? Let me guess. You rank him somewhere between Leonard and Duran?

    345-5.
That's much better record than Froch btw.
Froch got knocked out in his amateur days.

My hunch is anyone expecting a one sided drubbing either way is dead wrong.
