Just a thought but for years Froch only fought elite fighters and was always willing to go to war. I don't think in my lifetime there has been another fighter with his resume from his fight with Robin Reid onwards he fought in Finland and in Jermain Taylor's back yard, was not bothered about protecting an unbeaten record. He came up short a few times like Gatti but he wes not afraid to go again. Dose he deserve the accolade in the future?
Just read your posts. You have only been on here a short time and its already clear you are nasty little troll with nothing nice to say. Wots up your parents never gave you attention snidey little keyboard warrior!
Eubank and Benn are not in the hall of fame,i think Benn just for his fight against G-Man deserves to be included. http://www.ibhof.com/pages/about/inductees/modern.html
Which was my point. If he's Hall of Fame worthy then so are they, if they are not then neither is he. The credibility of Hall of Fame which includes Froch but excludes Eubank and Benn or visa versa would have to be questioned.
eubanks issue is that he owned the 90s wbo title, largely unwanted and unrecognised, for his entire reign. it would be like voting in a WBF titlist as long as he stuck around long enough, although one would need to consider that eubank fought some stiff opposition. no one would consider voting in such a wbf titlist today. however eubank has also given back to boxing. hes perhaps worthy.
Eubank fought quality opposition. Who did Arturo Gatti ever win against to get into the HOF? Its highly biased. Especially towards North American/Mexican fighters.
He gets in without a problem and rightly so. His resume is top notch and he fought in one of the biggest European fights of the modern era. If Gatti is in, Froch will get in.
