To be fair the shot was on the belt line only because Usyks trunks were so high the belt line was his stomach.
By boxing rules the height of the shorts does not alter the scoring area.
    That was a fair shot.

It's painfully obvious by now he's been doing everything he can to age Usyk out. Legit or not the cut won't take until the 2nd half of 2024 to heal, as it's being insinuated that will be when he's ready to fight again. He'll announce another retirement if he has to.

No they weren't and that was debunked, and when we showed clear picture of Usyk navel when the shot landed, you were nowhere to be found. Coming and crying about something happen almost over year ago.
None of the shot landed on Usyk body. It was a clear lowblow, the whole glove on Dubois was on Usyk beltline and lower.
There was zero contact with Usyk body.

Crying? It appears your the one getting emotional not me. lol. If it was so cut and dry then why is there so much controversy over it? Also i was unaware there is a time cap to post on a subject.
If it was below the belt line then yea I get it but belt line shots are allowed all the time especially when the trunks are high and in this case Usyk's trunks were high.

    Ah yes

So Fury is aging Usyk out 3 months by self inflicting a cut on an eye

    Makes perfect sense

    Fury is a genius.

Next he'll cut off an arm and delay it further. Usyk will be so old by then that Fury can beat him with 1 arm.

Fury has been delaying a fight with Usyk going on two years now. Usyk is 37 years old now. I don't believe the cut was self inflicted but he's going to milk the recovery time for it more than other fighters would.

Tell me after everything do you think the re-scheduled fight is 100% happening in May?

The fight got made just over a year from conception. Which is pretty speedy and almost all of that time 12 months (2023) was waiting for Saudi money to come through with Ridyah season.

It would nice to be faster...but Crawford Spence, Mayweather Pacquiao and many other fights took way longer. Talking years and years longer.

100% this fight will happen and if that means Fury has to sit on a sofa for 3 months he will do it...and he will still find a way to win because he does the impossible.

The only controversy is by crying British and Fury fanboys, ah and from the ones that has no idea what lowblow is in martial arts, not just Boxing alone.
Nothing else. Clear lowblow, which was debunked million time already.
And no Usyk trunks was not high, Dubois was.

and Riyadh season ends in March. Fight is now "scheduled" for May but again, it won't take much for a cut re-opening or any other quirk that seems to happen to Fury between fights and boom it gets rescheduled to fall 2024 for the start of the next Riyadh season.

Sure fight may happen, the closer Usyk get to 40 the more confident Fury will be.

I know it's hard to use your brain, and especially for you, but firstly i doubt that the plan was a May date, as his own promoter and his own cheerleaders were mentioning July as earliest possible dates. Talksports were talking about September.

Also it's pretty obvious, make Usyk inactive, and force him into another camp. This is a huge wear and tear on the body, and you may end up flat on the fight night, as overtraining can happen.
Usyk fought in August, so a May date is 9 months inactivity from Usyk last fight. In February Usyk would have been in a perfect shape. Not just this but Usyk is training from the last year, as your hero already pulled out of the scheduled fight on December 23th.

So Usyk either have to stop and rest now, or continue train like a madman and either end up injured or totally overtrain and comes flat on the fight night.

Perfect scenario for your hero. I hope he gets another cut and we don't see him ever again.

I agree both fighters had their trunks high and like I said the belt line shots are allowed all the time. Either way the height of the trunks shouldn't alter the scoring area and in this case Dubois punch landed in the fair zone regardless of where the beltline was.

btw I can care less of both fighters and fury as well.

Belt line shots are not allowed all the time. If the navel is on the beltline, then anything below the navel is a lowblow. And Usyk navel was exactly on the edge of the top of the beltline.
Clear lowblow, and if you have watched the clip there was plenty more lowblows from Dubois.

You cannot claim a punch is legal when the whole glove landed on the beltline, and there is no contact with Usyk body.

50% of the shot is bellow the beltline, so what is your excuse now?

I didn't watch your little clip but i do remember Usyk complaining and ref giving a warning to Dubois. That's not my point though.

Iv seen hundreds of fights where its belt line shot city for the whole fight and boxers don't throw themselves on the canvas rolling around in agony the way Usyk did.
Shoot, I have seen hundreds of blatant low blows dead center on the cup and even still fighters dont pull out the dramatics the way Usyk did.

Imagine if it was a real low blow like the ones that are below the belt line...Usyk would have had to be carried out on a stretcher.

Belt line shots are allowed all the time, its part of boxing.

So you ignored the picture as well. I remember who you are. You are the guy that keep bragging about that, and when i show him all the videos and clips, he just disappear. You are the same guy that was crying a river like some months ago, and the moment i show the evidence you run away.

It's clear you have no idea about fighting and getting hit to the body or by a lowblow. There is also a cup in there, and if you catch it, it will hurt insane.
Also different shots, different trajectory, different fighters, different circumstances, you can't compare.

Usyk has been hit by plenty of lowblows and he didn't go down by them, like in the Chisora fight for example.
But with lowblows you never know when it's going to hit you hard, just like what happen in the Dubois fight.

Clear lowblow, and the 2 pictures showing exactly that, and it's not just the picture, there was plenty of videos with the exact moment, and when Usyk navel was clearly seen. So your theory is once again wrong.

And again why you keep crying about that every few months, this is something that was debunked already and more than 90% of the forum though it was a legit lowblow, and there was a poll for it.
And most importantly the ref decide it was a lowblow.
