Further to your point, is that it is a 10 count. Not a ten second count.

The count typically doesn't begin until the fighter who caused the KD has been verified to go toward his neutral corner by the referee.

Similarly, let's say Wilder gets up at 9. I'd have no issue with a ref checking after that he IS in fact fit to continue as Weiss did Fury.

Never knew he had a long count in the first place, you should be more worried about biased judging.

    It´s a 10 count, not the 10 second count. It´s not precise.

Reiss made a huge **** up there...... Beyonce going walkabout half way though the count...

Fury only had 10 seconds, when the rules state he should of had longer.

you guys are ****ing idiots if you truly believe in long counts? Go watch some knockdowns... For example Joshua getting down against Klitschko, if you count it by yourself you will realize that he even had more time than Fury to recover.

Even an inactive drug-ravaged musle atrophied 40% absolute shadow of the shell of the Gypsy King's shot ghost who hadn't fought anyone with a pulse in three years was so slick that he was able to beat both the ref's 10 count and 10 seconds on the clock and Bootleg D's fans still weren't able to see him back on his feet in time. Sadly he wasn't slick enough to beat the judge's cards even though the entire boxing world had him up on their cards at the final bell.

Do you write for this site? It's a ten count, not precisely 10 seconds, count was good. I didn't care for the whole walk this way now walk that way thing after the knockdown. Controversy arises when things out of the ordinary happen. Deontay had great help after Ortiz had him in trouble. With no standardization and much being left to the refs discretion people will alway be suspicious when odd things happen in the ring.

Just like any great boxer, he will adjust and make sure a bad mistake won't ROB him of his previous WIN

Wilder is going to win either by decision or KO. Instead of being KD 2 twice ,I can see Wilder knocking Fury down 5 to 6 times this fight, which one of those rounds might be a 10-7 round. Fury changing coaches bad mistake to try and learn new things right now.
Take note Wilder won't be walking in the ring at 212 ....Fury basically got KD by a cruiserweight. that night.

Well, I think that pretty well proves there was no "long count" Some people on here really need to find other things to do
