Tyson Fury has never been known for his outside of the ring discipline. This version of Fury we saw tonight may be the best version Usyk will ever face, especially if Fury hits the buffet and or cocaine before the rematch.

Will this loss cause Fury to maintain his discipline?

I voted no. Hard to be disciplined when you increased your bank account that much.

My guess is he will. He knows how good this guy is and he knows he can't afford to play the same game he always has.

Can we have an option for "Fury won't take the rematch at all"?

He is done. Usyk should retire. This was for Undisputed.

    Yep.

I think his ego is too fragile to take another likely loss.

Same reason I don't think he'll risk fighting Joshua, despite big money available.

Fury will want to come in heavier for the rematch and try and follow the Wilder 2 tactics. The only way he can win if he can really bust Usyk up early on.

However I have seen enough of Usyk to know he will still find a way to weather the storm and come back in the later rounds.

There is no way Fury fights a 100% perfect fight for 12 rounds, he always makes mistakes and Usyk is the last guy you want to make a mistake against.

Yes Fury knows he can’t ballooon up or go off the rails and go on like he has throughout his career if he is serious about rematching Usyk

    This^

Fat bollocks can win or lose a big fight and crumble at the prospect of a re-match.

Give it another go. Now that you have a loss, just go all in without care if you get sparked out.

Unless you consider that he knew that should be an easy win, and so didn't have any mental hurdles to jump.

And the evidence of the domination in #2 shows he was right to be confident.
And the evidence of him being willing to turn up in poor shape for #3 (and still clearly winning) doubles down that point.

Voted no part of the reason I picked against him is he is not a dedicated pro.
He can win a rematch but I think he would need to take himself away from his family as they are a bunch of ****s and fill his head with nonsense he needs to dedicate himself to boxing (if he has not already done too much damage to his body)
Just imagine how good he could of been if he trained like Usyk his whole life .

I can see this going either way a total meltdown or head down and train flip a coin even both could happen

I suspect Usyk may retire. He’s beaten the top guys in the division now and has nothing more to prove. He’s made a boatload of money, has become undisputed in two weight classes, and has survived attempts to rob him. Why take any more chances to get robbed. Retire undefeated at the top. He clearly misses his family.

He will balloon if he goes though with it at all. I am not making fun of the man who absolutely does have some mental health issues, but he will not be able to stay off the booze and crap food, and that is all.
