Price is a dangerous and tough fight for Fury and brings no serious monetary compensation for it. From a business standpoint it`s a bad choice for now.

They will try to postpone it for now and let it build up.

Fury could fight a Klitschko and make big money, several times more what he would make fighting Price.

In theory, economically why should they fight each other now? It makes sense to build the bout up.

But delving deeper I believe Fury is simply not at that level that he can wait. He has had some good matchmakers and promoters that have taken him to a level. Plus he has a certain charm and charisma that has caught on. But I do not see him being a test for Price. Fury is going to lose his '0' the moment he steps up in class. Chisora is as good as it gets, if he delays he will lose sooner rather than later. A smart Fury promoter must see this, and will try and make the match up whilst it is still '0' against '0', which seems to the casual boxing fan, to add a bit of intrigue.

As if Fury would ever duck him! he might get his ass whoped but he'll never avoid him that's for sure - it won't happen if Fury has a bigger fight or Maloney or Henessey don't want it.

Fight goes to purse bids in the next couple of weeks so we will know pretty soon if it will happen could be on for march if Maloney wins the bid , fury will vacate IMO due to management decision ,I do think he would take the fight as pricey said himself but can't see big Mick risking it

I'd be very surprised if Fury didn't vacate the title.

I can't see Fury ducking anyone but Fat Mick won't fancy it, hope Fury insists on fighting him though

Whether fat mick fancies it or not, its down to fury. he can't hide behind his promotor. that is never a good excuse, if he wants the fight it can be made, whether mick wants it or not, fury can tell him in no uncertain terms to make it
