Christ. Some of the things that you come out with are hilariously bad. You despise the fact that Fury is a sensational boxer, and the fact that he is now filling UK stadiums has sent you into a downward spiral. 1) "Hasn't even got to Wembley yet" - LOL. So what? And who cares? Also wrong, he has boxed at Wembley twice already. 2) Joshua is commercially an enormous draw. He is a goliath when it comes to marketability. So what? Why is this used for oneupmanship? Nobody here who prefers Fury will say otherwise, but you can't admit that Fury is a sensation. 3) "It took Fury to travel to America to become household" - WTF. Isn't that to be credited? He took the scenic route in doing so, as opposed to the inherent advantage of being a 6'6'' handsome black guy with a good body from "London". If Joshua looked like Gary Cornish, he would not have won the Olympics, not signed up by Hearn and would've lost much quicker than he did because he wouldn't have been spoonfed fodder for years on end simply because he is marketable and the hype train needed to keep on rolling. Joshua has countless stakeholders dependant on his wins and the interplay between winning and overall marketability. Joshua deserves credit for being a good boxer, but Fury is a sensational boxer with a story that will last the test of time. Joshua's instagram follower count will be long forgotten in one hundred years.
brixton bomber takes stubbornness to another level - simply cannot admit when he is wrong (and that is a lot). He'd sooner be put on the guillotine before crediting Tyson Fury. It's all "AJ and Hearn are the greatest" with old brixton.
The Touts buy up all the tickets for Fury v Pudding Whyte and would do the same with Joshua and/or Canelo or any other big fight. Any big name sells out these days.
If we analyse the résumés of both Joshua and Fury, we can see that Joshua has headlined Wembley Stadium twice, to Fury's upcoming once, which means that as it stands, Joshua is the more skilled pugilist. That may change if Fury gets more headline fights at the national stadium, but facts don't lie. However, we must also consider that Queen played at Wembley at Live Aid a full four years before Joshua was born, and two nights again in 1986, a total of THREE times, the same amount as AJ and Fury put together. I rest my case.
