SHOCK i agree with flea (chuck it down in the diary man) Gamboa despite his extravegence is faster stronger and will give Juanma trouble. And I also completely agree with walletinspector I think it was who said John and Marquez are being overlooked, both are tough fights for these prospects. I see them coming through them and these are the sort of fights that can do wonders for hot prospects careers they'l learn so much whatever the result. Rob and his calculator cant seem to get that!!

 

jdawg you havent understood my point which tbh is my fault but....

what i am trying to say is if Gamboa & Lopez beat the other top guys in the divsion in there next 2-3 fights its still wont make there fight that much bigger than it already is. Top Rank are building it up to be a super fight, my theory is it will only be a super fight if they have a fight and its a FOTY. Then the rematch will be a super fight.

Also the likleyhood of Lopez or Gamboa fighting guys like John & Caballero is not that high.

 

Well you've still got Rafa, John, Caballero moving up, Ponce De la Leon, Rojas, Levueno, Garcia I mean it might not be the deepest division but theres some cracking fights there to BUILD a superstar or 2 coz thats what Arum does, not over-night 1 fight success like you're talking about.

I understood you Rob just dont agree mate! Plus theres contradiction in your posts you measure superstardom on PPV sales, make that awful list of fighter purses where the 2 guys get paid increased amounts therefore using your own theory increases thier claim to be superstars. I think you got this 1 wrong and are hoping they rush into a potential sensational fight because so many have fallen through lately and arent looking at the long (quite medium in the case actually) game
