we all read the letter on the front page about the bogus UK article saying he was dissing Ward.

It really makes no difference. While the words were NOT GGGs, and he won't give credit to a forger, Loeffler made it clear in his email to me that he is working for Gennady here and that Krassyuk is busy overseas looking for the biggest fights for Gennady.

He also is holding out hope that Froch will deal, and admitted the BHop is interesting at 168.

He said offers have been extended to Andre Ward from both himself, and HBO executive with excellent financial incentives, however, K2 were not willing to concede venue or financials and that the venue would be chosen based on maximum earning potential for all involved, including Froch, Ward etc.

He would not comment on the Lara ?????s I asked.

could be Loeffler sees no positives from that bout or simply won't try to deal with Haymon since Al is now trying to pull a King by sneaking options on outsourced talent.:think

Canelo/Cotto will have to fight him eventually.

I think he's getting closer. There's only so many open doors these guys can escape into, and a lot of them are starting to shut.

I feel Golovkin is closer to landing a Canelo or Cotto fight then he ever has before.

His best hope for a pathway to big fights is Froch, now that'd be a risky move and he could simply make money/carve out his legacy dominating whatever he gets at 160 and perhaps wait for that opportunity.... but a victory over a high-profile fighter like Froch would be the quickest way to boxing s****om.

Probably not until he shows signs of slippage, maybe mid 30's age range. I'd like to see him get a shot at someone, but the way boxing is run, it will be later rather than sooner, unfortunately.
