this is a kinda trick question, he didnt really unify last time, he ws given two titles, only winning one of the three. Well ok 2 if you are lowly enough to include domestic level IBO.

But to answer do I tihn he can unify NOW? Of course, hes 3G., he can chainsmoke a string of kockouts once again, you watch and learn.
