Well,I for one think that Gomez is past his prime. He cant run circles around his foes as he used to do a few years ago. He has wasted his huge talent by prefer parything to sweating in the gym. He has never kept his nose to the grindstone dedicating himself with his whole heart and soul to his choosen profesion as he should done.
He will make Vitaly look bad for some rounds but then Vitaly's cannon will have found its target so that the Cuban wont hold the forth any longer surrendering to Vitaly's impressive firepower.Vitaly by either tko or ko in the second half of their encounter.

Do you think he is physically strong enough to shake up Klitschko and aggravate one of his previous injuries?

Vitali will KO gomez around the 8th round. Since Lewis retired, Vitali has been the standout heavyweight to hold the belt & I don't think anything has changed.
