My instincts tell me having Jail coming up shortly after May 5th will give floyd a little extra fire in his preparation and overall performance in his next fight. He seems like the type of personality that would thrive of this type of situation and he's gonna wanna go away leaving an impression. Do you think having his sentence pending will improve the overall product in his next fight or work against him? I think Pac may be smart to wait until after his sentence and catch him on his post sentence comeback rather than face floyd with his back against the wall in survival mode. I realize that Floyd seems to have this mentality in general and never seems to be lacking for any motivation. but.... Look at Tyson for example. Floyd will only be older and no one knows what jail will do to him mentally Thoughts?
Good question. It depends on certain people whether it'd help them, hurt them or no effect. Floyd has the type of personality, that it could help him
Is there a difference between the real Two years Corrales was facing or the Lindsay Lohan Four hour type Jail sentence like Jr is facing? Come On !
I think pac's better off getting a good looking win under his belt, regaining some confidence and momemtum heading into this fight and then fighting an older post jail mayweather. coming off a less than stellar performance then JMM an opponent that May dismantled and then fighting floyd with the going to jail chip on his shoulder isn't the smartest move. Pac having a great performance against a legit opponent would help to restore some of the luster for a bout w May that has faded since he faced JMM
