I was gunna say this but you put it far better than I ever could. Furys got to play to his strengths but his strengths but even then his weaknesses are still present which will present Haye with opportunities - he hasn't got a great defence so he should stay outside try and work haye over from the outside with jabs and straight rights. Tyson has fast hands and throws a lot for a heavy - but he isn't Wlad if he gets tired and lazy I can see Haye slipping the jab and some of his wider shots and if Haye can get in range its all over. USS had Fury down and stunned for minutes afterwards if Haye puts Fury down once I think he finishes the job - One thing people do seem to be missing is Hayes balance against Wlad he could never get set to land anything big because he was for ever of balance and he was having to really reach - I wonder if Fury will be able to keep him wrong footed and that give him a chance. If Fury walks Haye down leans, mauls uses his volume he is bang in range for being caught and hurt. I think Tyson has to stay at range but I don't think he's disciplined enough to do it for long enough. Haye just has to do the same as he always does try and slip and land big - I wonder if Tyson might get cought it two minds
Fury should apply pressure AND box from a distance. There's no such thing as "boxing on the backfoot" if you're opponent is going backwards. Wlad didn't box from the backfoot, he was going forwards. Haye's the one who will go backwards. Haye always goes backwards. Occasionally he'll try to come in and land a big punch and get out again, and carry on going backwards. Yes, Fury should box cautiously, keeping himself at long range, but he should keep pumping the jab, applying pressure.
I think Fury's best bet in this fight is to get on his bike. He shouldn't get in close, Haye does not have the best foot work but he is great at countering with KO shots. If he is forced to play the aggressor he could tire.
:good Haye whose camp use the scientific methods of preparation or a fat thick moron trained by other thick morons...
Haye was hanging out of his arse in the chisora fight but it was really high tempo every second of the fight. Against Fury it will be a different pace, Haye will be looking or the one big shot then bang, Fury is out!!
Well the scientific training methods employed by Team Hayemaker have just caused their fighter to be injured and the fight cancelled.
