I cant see Haye wanting to staying in range of Wlads jab unless on the attack. I think from Wlads past few fights its pretty clear that head movement can only get you so far whilst standing toe to toe with him. i think haye will trying to stay and the outside for most of the fight and then lunge in with a hayemaker like he did the last round with valuev. The main problem for haye though i think is that Wlad is quick on his feet so haye will have to try hard not to get cornered.
Good points though, I hope we see this fight soon. I still have to favor Wlad but it should be exciting.
People forget that haye got knocked down by a journeyman 168 pound boxer........ Wlad would shatter his glass if they they ever met
Steward said that Haye will never fight Vitali or Vlad. Haye has broken two contracts already. Vitali will kill him and so will Vlad. Haye will be easier fight than Chambers, Vitali or Vlad by vicious knockout.
I cant see Haye being able to have the same success with Wlad.Wlad is a much better fighter than Valuev and to be honest i think Haye will be in big trouble.Wlad will want to hurt Haye early and may be more agressive than people expect.
Nah that would be playing into Wlads hands. Haye has one shot and thats to try and Sanders him , get inside his jab real fast and try and hurt him early If he stands off and lets Wladimir get into a rythym with his jab he may as well not bother.
It's not possible to break 2 contracts when you've only signed 1. Also he did not fulfil the wladimir contract due to injury/tv deal collapse this could have been rearranged. Wladimir chose to fight somebody else and they have never tried to sue Haye for breach of contract. Truth is neither side are fearsome warriors taking on allcomers for the glory. Sadly everybody involved is happy making lots of money not fighting each other taking low risk fights and taking cheap shots at each other in interviews.
I doubt it would be similar to Haye Valuev. Wlad has a size advantage over Haye, but not as extreme as Valuev had over him. I think he'd be a lot more aggressive in this bout, possibly trying to counter/neutralize Wlad's jab. I think Wlad would take it slow early because no doubt he will be wary of Haye's power. I couldn't see Haye getting a decision over either Klitschko, so he would have to go for the knockout...
It'll be the Chambers fight all over again except that Haye doesn't have Chamber's defense, chin or speed. Haye's rights will land on Wlad's shoulder all night long, his lefts will either land on Wlad's midsection and be shrugged off or fall short as the jab keeps him off balance on his way in. I don't respect Haye's inside game enough to see him winning this fight. :bbb
