Everyone said Danny would check his chin with the left hook. He did. Spences chin is fine. Spence is the real deal at 147. The way he dealt with Porter (i'm a big fan of Shawn and the fight was close but Spence won) and Danny was impressive. And he wasn't even looking too great against Danny. If Spence can reach 100% again after the accident i think he'll beat everyone at 147. But i think he should move up. It's more healthy for him and there is the Charlo fight at 154 which i would like to see. I think Spence would beat the living **** out of Jermell.
It's not even debatable. Pac needs to put on a show against Spence round after round after round. If he takes even a small breather, the judges will give it to Spence no doubt. So yes, Pac needs multiple KDs and even better a KO to win this. I defo doubt he can KO Spence. He may be able to KD him once, but even that is a bit far fetched because I'm sure Spence will fight "scared" early in the bout to avoid a flash KD. So if you really look at it, if Pac wins this one, you are a complete ****** if you won't give him absolutely props and maybe start talking about him in the same sentence as the Fab 4. Well maybe not SRL, but you get my drift.
Haymon's protective services didn't do Thurman any favours. I think Haymon would actually be happy for Pac to win as he is a cash cow and can trot him out again whereas if Spence can't beat old man Pac fairly what is the point of keeping him around?
That is because it was a very clear win for Pac, and even then, one of the judges ended up favoring Thurman. Pac pretty much backed up Thurman during the majority of the fight and was connecting cleanly. How anyone ended up with his scorecard is insane.
The fight was on Saturday my friend. Of course the fight is still in my mind. You know the feeling, right? You have to think 24/7 about the booze...
Um, what? Pac's running for president next year. PBC can hardly milk a victorious Pac who may have one more fight left after. Spence has many years left in the game.
