    I don't understand what you mean by "deserve"....boxing isn't a meritocracy its all about money. Would Haye bring more money to the table than any of the other stiffs that Vitali has been fighting?, yes, and in that case he deserves the shot.

    Depends how he loses. If he gets knocked out in the second round, probably not.

    But if it's competitive, then of course.
