with the klitsckhos and haye running our of opponents i wouldnt write holyfield off getting another shot.

he will probably put up a much better fight than most of the title challengers in the last 2-3 years

No - They should try and get him to negotiate a defence of Haye's belt and then Holyfield will finaly retire out of frustration...

    i hope so.
theres this sick little part of me that wants to see just how far the old man can go. besides theres no one really out there at the moment that can really bang him out quick.
come to think of it id love to see him fight tua.

i agree holyfield got robbed vs the giant

holyfield in his prime would beat haye and the russian twins with little fuss

speed , combinations , movement and alittle bit of power especially in that left hook

the vitali fight would be the hardest for holy but he would still win a wide points dec

Holyfield's plan is so simple. Beating some no name fighters and then take the World Title Bout again. What a load of crap!

Holyfield has a chance against Haye, but zero chance Vs. either Klitschko!

If it worked for worse fighters (Rahman, Briggs - twice) you can't blame he is trying to do the same.

Holyfield would be the ideal "Good Bye" fight for Haye before his retirement. "Battle of the Cruiserweight Legends, order now 14.95 quid PPV"

Oh I can see Sky hyping this one up

i can really see rahman and holyfield being the last 2 opponents for haye before his big retirement-ceremony.

think about it, he could tell everyone that he beat the guy that knocked lewis out and a real legend and hall of famer that beat guys like tyson or bowe, what a fairytale-ending to a great career.

and then he could go on forever how he wanted to face the klitschkos but they ducked him.
