He's already been duped in Canada, doubt he'll want to come to the home of hometown cooking.

If he gets paid enough he will do it.

Especially when he sees the tapes of Nathan

    No!

He didn't want £5million against Joe to come here so why would he take less against Cleverly?

As said, he has gotta be worried bout our judges, we make the krauts look like have halo's ffs.

Notable mention is that he has never looked close to fighting here and Cleverly will be the one jetting out imho, after all he is the lesser fighter and lesser name. More money will be made in USA where there is a bigger fanbase for Hopkins and we will simply have to watch it at 2am+.

Until this offer is known figure-wise it is pointless speculating, just know it would take a HUGE offer to get this fight over here. For record I expect WBC to force a rematch.

But he is "top on my list" said the promoter:shock:

I'm sure it'll be "very lucrative" if he does make an offer.......just like the one he made for Khan to fight Brook:yep

I'd be disappointed in Hopkins if he fought anybody bar Dawson next.

Is this the same guy that made the £60,000 "offer" to George Groves to fight DeGale?;)

Yeah, Frankie knew it wasn't a serious offer but some people on here were going mad at Booth and Groves for not accepting it.

Hopkins would school Cleverly in the art of boxing. Cleverly will win 2 or 3 rounds due to his workrate but Hopkins will win the rest in dominating fashion.

Franks going to have to come up with something better than "biggest payday of his career" for BHop:yep

    Padman-
Groves got 160k for the fight much to the delight of a certain gentleman who didn't want the fight to happen too early. ;)

You must mean the financial experts who didn't consider that Groves career and future earnings would of been in serious difficulty should he have lost. Degale only got his euro cos of frank, by all rights he should be clawing his way up for a title fight again at brit level.

All a bit strange though. Hayemaker win the fight with a record bid but it ends up on Franks card anyway. Not too sure all what went on behind the scenes
