Will it be Merchant or Kellerman for Mayweather-Hatton?

Merchant will be commentating.

 

Good God I hope it's Merchant! I already had to listen to Kellerman during the Mosley/Cotto fight, I don't want to have to listen to him through Mayweather/Hatton too. :-(

 

For what it's worth, I also heard/read somewhere that Merchant will be there.

 

Is there some sort of scientific reason why HBO can't get Al Bernstein?

I think Kellerman is great - regardless to what you ****ers say. Most of you'll hate on him like you'll hate on Boxers.

We've spent years complaining about Merchant and his stupid questions and comments - however I've alwasy found him entertaining. Max is doing a pretty good job and if you'll could do a better one - you wouldn't be one here talking to us.

 

This has been my complaint all along. Bernstein is the best commentator in the sport, and you would think that HBO could have made a run at him to be Merchant's replacement, instead of that unqualified twerp Kellerman. Hopefully, Kellerman will not last long, and they will dump him soon and replace him with Bernstein!

 

First off I don't hate on any boxers at all...I'm probably one of the most unbiased posters on this site. I just hate listening to Kellerman's voice...I would rather listen to Fran Drescher commentate the fight.

Straight from the mouth of Kellerman himself. He said that Larry's doing the commentating, but he (Max) is still going to Vegas to watch the fight in the audience.
