Will ITV show Jamie Kavanagh's debut on the Khan card

    Not sure how many of you guys are aware of Jamie. He is a kid from Dublin that has been training in the Wild Card since before Christmas and has just signed with Golden Boy Promotion and due to make his debut on the Khan-Malignaggi undercard.

    Would you be interested in seeing his debut or prefer to see more established guys get the air time such as Bredis Prescott or Juan Astorga??

    Always interested in seeing debutants...however I think that its unlikely that ITV will show it. Whats his pedigree, I can't see the vid at the moment?

    ** Just done some Googling, he looks a bit of a live one. 7 national titles and 180 am fights certainly isn't anything to be sneezed at.

    Silver medal at the world youths even though he was not really suited to the am game.

    Sure I'd be interested in watching him rather than Astorga or Prescott, however I feel it's unlikely ITV will show it.

    I'm doubtful that they will even show Ortiz-Campbell let alone Kavanagh.

    Hopefully we get to see him. Best of luck to the young man and it is great to have another prospect to cheer on. As a Brit it is always nice to see lads try to make a success on the other side of the water. What weight is he at?

    i didn't know he was making his debut on the Khan card, that great news, i doubt though ITV will show him

    It really depends on how ITV go about the show length itself. If they do show undercard bouts i think they would show it...but maybe brief highlights would be most likely.
