the fight would have gone to purse bids and highest bid wins.

Then it doesn't fall on Taylor but rather the trainers who bring these young guys up without educating them on the sport.

You should have at least a somewhat basic level of appreciation of what came before you.

I'm pretty sure I already said I didn't think Taylor would fight Froch, and you were one of the people who jumped in to disagree.

If Froch is champion, why wouldn't the fight be in the UK?

Most likely it would go to purse bid and we would see where it would go from there. No chance DiBella throws money on Taylor again and he will lose the bid so it would be in the UK

I think that's what would happen. I also think Taylor would not then take the fight. Interesting what the take on Taylor would be then, especially as I think a lot of the people who would defend him would be the same ones pushing the 'Chad Dawson is champion, why should he have to travel to Romania' line when Diaconu's camp won the purse bid for that fight which Dawson then ran from at great speed.

Yeah, you'r right but I think Taylor would take it cuz he needs to win a title. He ain't gonna beat Kessler(WBA),Bute(IBF) or Calzaghe(WBO),Froch would be his choice but Carl has good chancess with Taylor especially with his crowd backing him

If I was Bute manager, I would love to fight Taylor in an optional defense, if he wins against Andrade. That would lead Bute toward Kessler. Both would then be well known in the USA.

There's been some talks but they'r paths are not gonna collide,at least for now if Taylor(assuming he beats Lacy) takes on Froch/Pascal for the WBC.We will now after the fights at the end of the year
