Will Joe Calzaghe Overtake Floyd Mayweather As P4P#1 If He Beats Hopkins?

Too many on this board would not rate him anything, even if he beat the top 50 in their prime..they'd be called overrated:-(

Look, most people forget that Hopkins was ranked very high p4p before he met Taylor... then he lost two controversial fights... then he played with Jones-beater The Ring champ Tarver in his first LHW fight like he was a bad boy from the corner. And he beat p4p#3 Winky the last time... that something huge... JMM, Pac and Joe are very close, that's why he's 2 to 4... but it's not only me... The Ring think like me as well...

Some fight fans don't even rank B-Hop... but last year Winky was a clear p4p #3 and P4P-er Hopkins beat the #3 Winky... how the hell is he missing from anyone's list?

No way. Not many see Hopkins as a top P4P fighter, nor do the Calzaghe idiots see Hops a legit opponent.

hopkins win won't do him any good because he'll only get a few credit for that. I say he'll just be a solid #3 p4p when he beats hop but it also depends on pac to maintain #2 spot. Also depends on joe's performance and his next performance. I don't like his choices taking on pavlik, he should just make his claim at 175
