    No.

    He was a good fighter with a rock-solid chin but the bar for HOF entry should be higher imo.

    His fight with John-David Jackson was a classic though, one of the most amazing comebacks I've ever seen.

    Im a bid fan of Locomotora, but its a tough call. He did hold wins over some very good, even great fighters. Ramos, Johnson, Jackson, old Duran, but he arguably lost his biggest fights. He did extend a prime Jones and Norris the distance, but he lost both fights decisively. Will he get in? Probably not.

    He would be one of the rawest and least skilled inductees of all time.


    ...but yeah, he probably will and as J Griz said probably deserves it based on accomplishments in excess of his skill level.
