What do you think? Arum looked like he **** his pants in the 11th round of JML's fight against Mtagwa the journeyman.

No, because Caballero had a much more poor performance in his homecoming fight against Jeffery Mathelbane (spelling?), a fight I thought he lost

Additionally caballero isnt as relentless as Mtagwa is, but he does pack a bigger punch. I hope the fight comes off it is very fan friendly.

This wasn't a poor preformance, more like a surprise.

Juama ignored his skills and wanted to brawl.
Juanma was winning most of the fight, but I gave the last couple of rounds to Roger.
JuanMa didn't dominate, but this definately wasn't a "poor" preformance.
If anything, it showed JuanMa is a tough kid, now tested and proven, and will take this experience and add it onto his progression and attributes.

JuanMa should get a couple of more fights before facing Caballero, the people want a rematch with Roger Mtagwa...Caballero has had worst preformances than this.

JuanMa can't really afford to duck Caballero given all the smack he's been talking. The two belts Cab has can't hurt either, in terms of incentive :D

The Caballero fight will happen in 2010 regardless. Arum will say fight this guy and Juanma will fight him.

I doubt he will duck them. These are the fighters that will make him money.

After the fight didn't Arum mention Luevano and Rojas?

I seriously doubt they will go anywhere near Caballero after this near death experience. I doubt they give Mtagwa a rematch as well.

Mtagwa was supposed to be an EASY night before the HARD fights.

Arum will maximize Lopez' earning potential. Right now that means more learning experiences against less dangerous fighters. Honestly, I think Luevano is a mistake for Lopez.

He needs to get better against experienced fighters that are inferior to Mtagwa.

He is 26 there is time. Even if he manages to beat Luevano, that likely means big fights soon after, the smart thing to do is take a step back and improve.

He probably should go see the master

Probably having a heart attack & praying JML survives the 12th round so he can get his money fight.

Caballero is probably out of luck either way seeing as Arum won't let JML anywhere near him after this disaster with Mtagwa.
