Sure. He will go out there and dance around while looking for a soft spot on the canvass. Lay down. Get paid.

If he loses by brutal knockout, he won't be the same again.

Whats worse is that his body may not be able to compete at 147 after fighting at 160. His handlers are ruining his career all because they could not get him better fights at 147 they are cashing him out against GGG. When instead he could of grabbed Vargas's belt and fought Spence next. 2 winnable fights that could put him in with Thurman and make him some money. I respect Brook for what he is doing but it still was not a smart career move.

    :deal

Kell Brook is a piece of **** that is a maggot looking for same man love in Spain. That's why is got stabbed up, because he is a closeted homer slexual. He can't fight anyone with decent talent which is why he struggled with Carson Jones and got a gift against a sloppy Porter.

I want to choke Kell Brook with a Gucci belt but he would probably ejaculate in the process. **** him and anyone hyping the guy.

From what I've heard, Kell himself asked for the Golovkin fight.

If he is unable to make 147 after this, it was probably time to move up anyway.

As long as he isn't too badly effected by the Golovkin fight, there are still good fights for him at 147 and/or 154.

But yeah I agree with the OP. Brook vs Spence is one of the best match ups that can be made right now.

Sure he will. Golovkin doesn't have the type of power that will rearrange a man's brain like Kovalev.
Golovkin knocks opponents down, but they get back up.
Canelo has more shwo stopping power than Golovkin so Brook may lose (Golovkin doesn't fight unless the odds are > 3:1) but he will not be adversely long term affected by Golovkin's med level power.

are you out of your dam mind?

canelo doesnt even hit harder then some ww like thurman or spence or brook

He could not even stop matthew hatton and a 42 year old mosley(who was stopped by mundane couple fights later)

its easy to look like a one punch artist when you fight khan or kirkand apart from that canelo has not knocked anyone out.

canelo is featherfisted for his size

Golovkin fights and stops big ass middleweights with much larger frames then 135 ib fighters.

guys like murray would never be stopped or dropped by anyone from 154 to 168 groves proved that and he is a big puncher

Stop squawking like a you know something about boxing, which you don't.

Murray is and always has been a Euro-Bum.
Golovkin's opponents like Monroe and Wade show no ill effect of having faced Little g.
To date, all Golovkin has faced and defeated are second level opponents which he was supposed to defeat. Has he ever been in an even competitive match-up in 8 years? Hell no! Not even close. If the odds aren't 4:1 or greater in Golovkin's favor, K2 won't make the fight, but are experts in making excuses of why the fight won't happen.

Brook will survive after Golovkin, the same as all other Golovkin opponents have survived.
Golovkin just lacks that Kovalev level of brutal power to seriously cripple his opponent. This is why he is always matched up with inferior opposition.

This will be career changing for Brook either way, for better or for worse. I fear he will be a shell of himself.
