He'll be tested just as much as Kovalev will be tested for this fight, so they'll both have an equal opportunity to cheat and get away with it.

Would seem churlish to even care. His much younger opponents are probably all on gear too. He's 300 years old, he could be an East German robot and I doubt I'd consider it "cheating" at this point.

 

Sergey doesn't need to cheat with PEDs.

He doesn't need home judges, a home referee, head butts, clinching, or anything else that's illegal.

Mosley refused a drug test against Judah, fight fell through and Mosley turned out to be a cheat. Mayweather gets more crap for the drug testing than Pacquiao does but the reason Hopkins and Mosley don't get as much attention is because they're not as popular.

The reason Hopkins got so mad was because they had already signed the contracts and agreed to everything. Then Pascal pubically humiliates him with the "Take the test!".

Pascal to my knowledge nevere hinted that Hopkins might be on something.
