If you want to claim that Riddick Bowe ducked Lewis, just because Lewis was his mandatory opponent, and Bowe vacated his title to avoid fighting him... then how on earth can you use a double standard and say that Lewis DIDN'T duck Ruiz? It was the same damn situation. Lewis vacated his WBA title so that he didn't have to face his mandatory opponent, John Ruiz.

Oh dear....instead of fighting Lewis, a guy that had already KO'd him in the amateurs Bowe took on Michael Dokes and Jesse Ferguson, fragmenting the belts that Tyson and Holyfield had worked so hard to unify, that was a disgrace.

Now fast forward a few years....

Lennox Lewis wants to unify the titles as the WBC Champ....Holyfield has never been keen on facing Lewis as he knows what will happen when he does. He finally takes the fight, gets a bull**** gift draw and his pride makes him accept a rematch. He loses again, legitimately and guess who his promoter is for these 2 fights? Don King :rofl:rofl:rofl

Lewis agrees to fight the next big thing Michael Grant for the undisputed title soon after and King gets him stripped of the WBA strap because King has that particular organisation in his pocket, arranges fight for that belt between Holy and Ruiz while the REAL Champion fights the REAL challenger Grant - and ruins him. That's how it happened.

Completely different situation to Bowe/Lewis, to anyone with a clear head.

dont argue for the sake of arguing. Wlad was no were near ready to fight lennox. Brewster and Sanders were journey men and corey sanders retired to play golf in florida and came back flabby and kod Wlad. Vitali was the guy to beat and lennox did just that. Now Wlad is ready and very developed only after getting manny in his corner.

Lennoz Lewis sees the Klitschkos as rivals, not as friends.

Thanks for showing another double standard. Bash on Bowe for fragmenting the belts, but give Lewis a pass for doing the same thing.:-(

Keep pushing Michael Grant too. As if we all didn't watch Grant vs Golota directly before that. Or his fight vs McCline directly after. Yeah, it's a real wonder why Lewis decided to jump on that fight.

No he sees Vitali as a rival.

I don“t think he sees Wlad as a rival. Wlad has the same trainer and Lewis mentioned that he choose the music Wlad prepares with. So i did not believe that Lewis will help Haye against Wlad.

The Kronk Gym Foundation is holding its first annual fundraiser on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at the Townsend Hotel, in Birmingham..Honorary chairs for the event are the current Heavyweight Champion of the World Wladimir Klitschko and former Heavyweight Champion Lennox Lewis.

Yeah like Lewis knew what would happen to Grant in a fight that had not even been signed yet. That's just dumb.

He's done with boxing. Why would he see them as rivals? Rivals in what?

Widdowmaker you're doing an excellent job on trying to educate these guys on the truth. They dont want to learn the truth though. Can't handle the truth.

How does it feel knowing that LL will always be remembered as a far greater fighter than Wlad or Vitali, and that his accomplishments and resume are significantly greater than the Klitshcko's combined?:yep:yep:yep

I deride your truth handling abilities.

I love how Lewis openly disses Waldo
