Will Loma's bad skin, and lack of power be his cryptonite?

Isn't this the same thing Mayweather haters said when Floyd was dominant at 130?

Loma can beat all these quitting dorks pretty easily it looks like.

These bouts look like a f'n Metapod or Smeargle vs an Alakazam.

Two different fighters. Floyd is an inch and a half taller with longer arms. I think Loma should take it one weight class at a time. Some of the stuff he gets away with against smaller fighters won't be as easy against bigger athletic fighters. I'd like to see him rematch Russell Jr, and then take on the Easter vs Garcia winner, and Linares, before moving up to 140. Arum is confident in his man, but I think he'll be fairly cautious above 135. Probably keep Loma away from Prograis. If Loma really has intentions of testing himself, he'll find himself at the bigger weight classes soon enough. Not sure how long he wants to fight, but that's where the true challenges for him will be. That hyper fast pity pat won't be enough to keep guys off of him the higher he goes up.

With his skill level, height and reach doesn't really matter all that much. Similar to Pacquiao. I agree he should take it one division at a time. Prograis is overrated, I'm a huge fan, but he's not all that hard o outbox. No need for a GRJ rematch, the first was definitive enough.

Yeah but Floyd is stronger than people lie about after they have been embarrassed for 36 minutes. Loma is excellent but that Salido fight proves that PRESSURE is the weakness in the Matrix.

You know as well as I, that had Floyd fought someone like Salido in his second fight, he'd had probably taken a loss as well, hell, he lost to Castillo in his 27th match, effective pressure was Floyd;s kryptonite as well. In Floyd's defense, he was injured, but in Loma's defense, he was fighting a cheater who was a Welterweight with a corrupt ref, in a 12 ROUND fight, in his second fight, and he still managed to finish the fight better than Marquez, Guerrero and Mikey Garcia did against Salido in theirs.

Wasn't the OP the same guy who claimed Loma didn't really want the Rigo fight and then when it got signed that the Cuban Mutant Boxing Turtle was going to school him?

Anyway I hope Loma goes for Linares next so we can see another master boxer pit his wits against Lomachenko's distinct style. God knows Mikey lost his balls a bit when a good offer to fight Jorge and unify presented itself so lets hope Vasyl is a bit more game and then if he wins that goes ofter Garcia himself.

Lomachenko seems open to it the "Gary" rematch, and he knows that is his toughest fight left if he isn't moving up. I'd imagine he'd rather fight Russell Jr. again instead of a lesser skilled 130 pounder that will just quit.

He beat him soundly IMO, no need, its a waste of his time. The same result, only more definitive will occur, most likely a stoppage this time. I'd love nothing more than to see him destroy the will and take the soul of Gervonta Davis, then beat Berchelt and move up.

I don't see an opponent in Loma's future that applies pressure like that. Mikey Garcia isn't a prime Castillo.

I only watched it once, but I thought he beat him clearly as well. Stoppage, lol. No, Loma isn't that type of puncher man. I just think that Russell Jr. gives him a better fight the second time around. I don't care to see anymore quitters.
