Hopefully badly and hopefully Thompson hurts him badly and we get these two PED cheats out of the sport for good

If he does put in a creditable display he won't get any credit and suddenly Ortiz will be attractive to Hearn and Haye.

 

Hopefully he puts on a display getting Thompson out of there early.

 

Thompson is past his best but still not nothing, his fight with Malik Scott was good watching still - he'd trouble a lot of up-and-comers, so good fight for Ortiz to demonstrate how devastating he is (or isn't). I'm picking Ortiz mid rounds.

 

I think this will be a pretty big mismatch...

 

Thompson is always underrated. He's got size and reach here. He's got a few months to get fit. Has Ortiz demonstrated his skills against a big southpaw? TT might give Ortiz fits, at least for a few rounds.

Still, expect an Ortiz KO or TKO, possibly early, maybe mid-rounds.

 

Ortiz takes him out in six fewer rounds. Prime Thompson would have gone the distance but he's too old now.
