Nah. The old man still has a couple of good ones left in him.

Read he wants a Wilder rematch. Wouldn’t mind seeing that. Maybe he’ll break Foreman’s record.

He's likely fighting high blood pressure as we speak. The man has a serious health condition

I really hope he fights meaningful fights again. I'd love to see him against some other top contenders. Hopefully he can work himself into mandatory position again by fighting top contenders. Hopefully this fight has made him more marketable, but I expect other contenders will do all they can to avoid him nevertheless.

Absolutely, say if Parker loses to AJ or Povetkin beats Price those are two meaningful, lucrative fights right there that he could win.

I'd ****ing LOVE to see Ortiz Parker or Ortiz Povetkin. I don't see the latter happening, but I think there may be an outside chance for the former. The winner of Ortiz Parker would immediately skip right back to the front of the line, and maybe even secure a mandatory slot for a belt. Both would have enough marketability from their last fights that the fight itself would be fairly lucrative. I could see Showtime wanting that fight bad enough to secure each around a $500,000 purse.

I wouldn't be surprised if he fought more often now.

He's not the Boogie Man anymore.

That said, other than Joshua, I wouldn't pick any of the others to beat Ortiz right now. Parker included.

Exactly it’s not like he has to do a George Groves rebuilding thing, one loss to a champ just means he’s dropped down a tier and I’m sure he could still beat most of em.
Hope he doesn’t retire as he can still make good money.

Yeah, I really think an immediately matchup against a top contender could bring him almost as much money as he made in the Wilder fight. Parker, Chisora Takam winner, those would make sense for both parties, since none of them are really in line for a title shot anyway. But a win would put them right back at the front of the line, and they'd still get a fairly good payday even in a loss.

i would like to see ortiz v povetkin ...but i really doubt povetkin will risk his wba #1 status against ortiz who just lost .
