Morales is a warrior, we all know that, and this is not a Morales hate-thread but
IMO the conditions will be there tonight--if things don't go right for EM-- for Morales to realize his quest for a fourth div. might not be worth the price if he's taking a huge amount of punishment (see Harris and Calderon as recent examples).

    WAR Morales!!

I just want Maidana to end it quickly.

Morales is a legend and I hope he doesn't get badly hurt.

IF he's uncompetitive, getting his arse handed to him with no hope of winning.......I would hope Morales would be smart enough and put a halt to the fight himself.

Quitting is'nt the right word here. Morales has paid his dues and earned the right to bow out of a fight he has no hope in without being called a quitter.

Having said that.......boxing is due a magical night where a once great fighter turns back the clock for at least one night.

    Boxeo Morales!:bbb

If Morales uses his boxing skills and keeps the fight on the outside, there's a good chance he will win on points. If he stands and trades with Maidana it's goodnight Vienna!

I feel unusually animated about this one.

I believe Morales can pull it off, he's by far the best fighter Maidana has ever been in with and at 34 he's still young enough to have some magic left. Morales may be battle weary and past his best, but he's far from shot.
