Void is supposed to be a 154 lb. champion, so why is he fighting a 147 lb. champion?

It so appears that Ward's article about Maidana' speed and power made Void chicken out.............Void hates speed and power. The fighter everyone wants Void to fight is Pac, Void has been running form Pac for years now...............Void is supposed to be the 154 lbs. champ, yet he refuses to fight anyone at 154.........
