I doubt it. Pac is too small and can't work the mic. Vince would be all "Who the hell is this Pacquio? Is he French?" and the topic is dropped forever.

 

but then vince would look down and pacquiao would be standing right in front of him. vince would go to push him away, manny would retaliate by throwing a punching and knocking out vince, then cowboy bob orton and randy orton would team up on pac and pummel him until the rapper dude comes running out from backstage to rescue pac, thus setting up the main event at the next wrestlemania
