he was never unstoppable, his ass has been whooped many times b4, ask Santos he'll tell you

he just had Cotto's number and he ended up getting overrated, he never was or ever will be unstoppable, plaster or no plaster....

We knew his limitations beforehand thats what drew people to him,his heart and conditioning and you always knew he'd have to walk through fire to get the W.

It wasn't just Mosley he banged hard toe to toe with Cintron then Cotto then Mosley in a row not to mention the countless other battles he's been through.

But you never know with his mentality a nice long break could be what he needs at this stage maybe not.

Margo was over rated to start with. Arum drove his career really carefully. Margo had turned down no fewer then 6 fights since 2000. Yet people ignored all that because he claimed he wanted to fight the worlds most hated fighter. Anyone that seen his early loses to guys like Jones you wouldnt be shocked by what Shane did to him. Just think about how many fights that style did Margo fight...Cotto who beat his ass until he fall apart...Shane who beat his ass, Jones Beat his ass, Dixon beat his ass. Margo for the most part has fought guys that stood and traded with him. IE Andrew Lewis, Paul Williams, Santos.

People like to say that old fights dont count, but that is the biggest myth in boxing..If you start out having problems with a style that isnt going to change, you may be better at it, but you will still have problems. Margo cant handle fast fighters, keep in mind that Arum nixed a Judah fight. Margo lone good win over a fast fighter was a young Martinez.

I actually think that its a valid question..Many times fighters lose a fight then after a few wins people tend to act as if the lose never happened.

    Margarito will always be dangerous.
Some of you act like Mosley is a common opponent who's style can be emulated...lol
(Alot of factors goes into being a Shane Mosley, Nuts, Power, Aggression, Smarts & heart)

Margo will be the same as before.
If you can take his, Then you have a shot. (Just like anyone else)

Its not surprising the finally guys been stopped. Whats incredible is how long it took. Ive never known a boxer to absorb so many bombs fight after fight after fight after fight. Plaster of not, the guy is one of toughest SOBs i've ever seen in my life

IMHO, he was never unstoppable. Boxers just didnt know how to handle his pressure but Mosley showed everyone how to deal with it. However, I will say this most boxers never recup from a beating like that. Say what you want about Tito but Tito wasnt beaten like that by Hopkins. And still went Tito cameback you could see how hesitant he was to engage in toe to toe situations. A beating like that doesnt just affect the boxer's mentality but it takes their heart of of commision too. And boxers like Tito and Margarito sometimes just put too much of their heart outthere you know. Same can be said for Mayorga but in Mayorga's case, the mother****er is crazy and doesnt give a **** even if he means death in the ring...:D
